COZY GROUND FLOOR ROOM
This cozy guest room is the newest addition to our bed and breakfast. It is situated on the ground floor of the church, directly to the left of the entrance hallway. It is one of the two only original rooms in the church. This room was used as a vestry, the other room, currently housing the bathroom, was used for Sunday school. The former staircase (not in use any more) would lead to the choir on top of the rooms. The guest room has quirky original features and large windows on two sides, that show the agrarian landscape. The room is suited for short stay, for 1 or 2 adults.
The space has a high ceiling and is furnished with a double bed (160 x 210 cm). It is possible to make a second bed on a little floor/mezzanine, in case you want to sleep separately. (bed 160 x 200 cm) This raised bed is only accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling, see the pictures. In the room you can sit at the 'bar'. It contains a sink, a microwave, there is a mini fridge, a water boiler, coffee maker and table ware. Free WiFi, tourist information about the area and some books and board games are present in the room. The bathroom straight across the hallway contains a shower cabin, toilet and sink. A baby bed is also available.
The vegetarian breakfast will be served upstairs in our grand family living room, or privately in your room. In cold months, (November - March), it will be served in your room. On a warm day, breakfast can be served in the garden. You will find nice seating outside in front of your room, but you are free to use the backyard as well.
Good to know
The room is located on the ground floor, but the entrance to the church itself has some steps. The mezzanine bed has a low ceiling and is only accessible via a steep ladder. Our living room where breakfast is served, is on the first floor up. In the church (and the guest room) it is not allowed to smoke. In consultation, pets are allowed in this room.

Price per night, including breakfast, VAT and tourist tax.
For a stay of 2 or 3 nights, you receive a 5% discount.
For a stay of 4 or more nights, you receive a 10% discount.
It is possible to check in from Monday till Saturday, between 16:00 and 22:00, please let us know the expected time.
Checking out before 11:00.
We live in the church ourselves and will be present to welcome you, answer questions and serve breakfast. In case you have special dietary wishes, please inform us when making the reservation. Please ring the door bell of number 10, the church, (not of number 9 the house next door).
